2. Introduction
This series is bolt adjustable type which is broadly used in offshore wind tower, onshore wind tower, chimney, boiler, offshore platform, petrochemical, piping line, oil storage tank, etc. These welding rotators are used for the rotation and positioning of heavy, rotationally symmetrical workpieces like tanks, pipes or boilers for further machining or welding.
3. Main Features
The standard models of GUOHENG Conventional Welding Rotators have the following features:
- Steplessly controllable rotary drives by means of A.C. motor drive via self-locking worm gear reducers;
- Schneider inverter to realize VFD speed control and synchronous rotation of rollers;
- Roller distance is bolt adjustable and roller surrounding angle among 45°～110°;
- Roller material is upon client selection or welding features: Metallic Roller + Rubber Roller (combination rollers); Rubber Roller; PU Roller; Metallic Roller;
- Integral controlled with welding manipulator and welding system, worked as automatic welding center;
- All controls are centralized on wireless type remote control box which is valid within 100m;
Optional:
1) Manual/motorized travel bogie;
2) Foot pedal;
3) Synchronous control for more than one set;
4) Mechanical anti-drift device or automatic anti-drift device;
